The common room is a bonus, with free K-Pop albums, and served as an ideal place for meals. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure a satisfying experience, even offering early check-ins.

The lack of hot water on some occasions proved to be an inconvenience.

The location was perfect for us, with easy access to both the subway and bus stations. We could explore the city easily, and there were plenty of restaurants, cafes, and shops nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful, and they could speak English, made communication easy. The hotel facilities weresuper clean and cozy, and we enjoyed hanging out in the common area and having breakfast before starting our day.
